Kadin Taylor is a leading young sprint athlete representing Waitākere Athletics Club and coached by Nuree Greenhalgh, competing under Athletics New Zealand. Racing in the Under-20 division, Kadin is currently ranked #1 in New Zealand.

Kadin has established himself as one of the country’s fastest emerging sprinters, winning the U20 100m and 200m titles at the 2025 New Zealand Track and Field Championships, as well as helping his team secure gold in the senior 4x400m relay. He also achieved outstanding success at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Championships, where he won both the 100m and 200m titles and was named Senior Boys Athlete of the Meet.

Internationally and domestically, Kadin has consistently performed at a high level, including podium finishes and strong performances at the Sir Graeme Douglas International Meet, Porritt Classic, and the Australian National Championships. His performances have also contributed to New Zealand U19 relay records.

Kadin currently holds personal bests of 10.50 seconds for the 100m and 21.32 seconds for the 200m, making him the third fastest U20 100m runner in New Zealand history and placing him among the fastest sprinters ever in the country.
