Kadin Taylor's track and field journey is a testament to his unwavering determination and resilience in the face of adversity. Despite battling through injuries and setbacks, Kadin has consistently demonstrated his exceptional talent and competitive spirit on the track.

His remarkable achievements include securing multiple first-place finishes at prestigious events such as the New Zealand Track and Field Championships and the Auckland Secondary Schools Championships, where he not only clinched gold medals but also set new records in the 100m and 200m categories. Kadin’s prowess extends beyond local competitions, with notable performances at the Australian U20 Athletics Championships, where he showcased his speed and agility, earning him a commendable fourth place in the 200m and contributing to a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay, setting a NZU19 record in the process.

Despite facing challenges with injuries throughout the season, Kadin’s dedication to his sport remained unwavering. From battling through hamstring strains to undergoing rigorous rehabilitation and strength training, he consistently pushed himself to perform at his best. Kadin’s resilience was evident in his ability to bounce back from setbacks and deliver stellar performances, culminating in a string of victories and record-breaking achievements. As he navigates through a period without upcoming competitions, Kadin's focus remains on maintaining his fitness and continuing his training regimen, laying the groundwork for future successes on the track.
