Para Athlete Keegan Pitcher Takes 1 Second off 100m PB

During the off season period Keegan has been training hard and working on power and strength. At a recent test met he took 1 second off his personal best for 100m.
With a world wide change in the process used to classify cerebral palsy para athletes and make it fairer for participants, there is a big group of athletes going to the Australian Champs in March at which met athletes will be reclassified.
Keegan’s participation will provide focus on what will be required to represent NZ at the Paralympics in 2020.
His goal for the coming season is to break his own NZ Record in the 100m and 400m whilst also doing his first season in long jump.
