Abraham Li
Achievements:
Abraham Lin is one of New Zealand’s leading young divers, currently ranked #1 in the country in the 16–18 age group. He represents Diving Waitakere and is coached by Cordelia Norris, competing under Diving New Zealand.
Abraham has achieved strong results across both national and international competitions, competing in events throughout New Zealand, Europe and Australia. His performances have included podium finishes at major youth events such as the Pacific Junior Diving Championships and the Australian Junior Elite Championships, as well as appearances at international meets including the British Diving Nationals, Dresden International Youth Diving Meet, and the Bergen Open.
He has also represented New Zealand at the FINA Junior World Diving Championships, gaining valuable experience against the world’s top junior divers. Domestically, Abraham has consistently performed at a high level at Diving New Zealand National Championships, winning multiple titles across the 1 metre springboard, 3 metre springboard and 10 metre platform disciplines.
In recognition of his performances, Abraham has received several national awards, including the Hansell’s Trophy, awarded by Diving New Zealand for the highest raw score of any single dive in junior elite or open competition.
