
Rajal Sharma
Achievements:
Rajal Sharma is a talented New Zealand archer competing in the Under-18 compound division, currently ranked #2 in New Zealand. He represents the Auckland Archery Club and is coached by Mykel Turner, competing under Archery New Zealand.
Rajal has achieved strong success in both national and regional competitions, winning multiple medals across major youth events including the Archery NZ National Indoor Championships, Oceania Archery Championships, and the National Outdoor Championships. His performances have established him as one of the country’s leading young compound archers.
In addition to his national achievements, Rajal has been recognised for his sporting excellence at Lynfield College, receiving the Sportsman of the Year award for three consecutive years. His continued progress in competition has also led to selection for the New Zealand Youth Team, representing the country at the Trans-Tasman Challenge in Christchurch against Australia.
