Currently ranked #1 in the U18 division and transitioning into the adult women’s league, Zadia has established herself as one of New Zealand’s top young goalies.

Zadia has proudly represented New Zealand for three consecutive years with the U18 Women’s National Team, playing a key role in the team’s historic achievement of winning New Zealand’s first-ever U18 Women’s international gold medal in 2024. Her performances earned her recognition as Player of the Tournament, highlighting her impact at the international level.

Domestically, Zadia has also excelled in regional competitions, serving as the starting goaltender for her Regional Women’s League finals team, helping secure the championship. She was also ranked #2 goalie in New Zealand’s Women’s Adult League in 2024, demonstrating her ability to compete successfully at senior level while still in the youth division.

Furthering her development internationally, Zadia was selected to attend a high-performance development programme in Toronto with the Toronto Leaside Wildcats U18 Women’s team, where she trained and competed in North America, including helping her team win silver at a tournament in Pittsburgh.

Alongside her playing career, Zadia is passionate about supporting the next generation of athletes, mentoring and coaching U12 goalkeepers, while continuing her own recovery and development to return stronger to the ice.
